This project was completed as a joint effort with an out of state firm, in 2002. Our primary responsibility on this 8.5 million dollar project involved construction observation.

This federally funded project required continuos on-site representation over a period of two years. Having a dedicated member of our staff on site for the duration of the project allowed for questions to be answered directly and problems to be solved effciently as work progressed.

The project also included a number of unique material combinations which required close cooperation between all construction personnel to achieve the best outcome for the design.
