The remodeling of this facility was scheduled in two separate phases. The exterior repair included redesigning the roof support system and roofing to ensure reliable protection from leaking into the future.

The second phase involves reconfigureing the interior spaces to provide improved lockers and restrooms, offices, tool storage and classroom.

The design solution was complicated by an existing storage floor built over the offices to be removed. This storage is to be rebuilt over the new office arrangement, with workbay access from a set of heavy doors positioned through the existing trusses.
