OMS #3 Addition Iowa Army National Guard

This project has a main focus on a new work bay designed to service A-1 tanks stationed at this facility. One of the Owner’s strongest concerns was arranging the site for proper flow of the heavy equipment. Locker rooms, office, and classrooms were removed and new facilities were organized behind the existing wash bay. Extensive remodeling & replacement was made to the mechanical and electrical systems.
