DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

In this phase the design is refined even further. Material options and costs are reviewed. Structural and mechanical systems are evaluated.

At the completion of this phase there is another opportunity for the client to review the project. This is also the stage where the drawings are sent to the local building officials for preliminary review.
